R-Biopharm stellt eine Vielzahl von Blot-Formaten her, die eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Diagnose von Allergien oder Infektionskrankheiten durch den Nachweis spezifischer Antik\u00f6rper im Blut der Patienten erm\u00f6glichen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Immunoblot-Tests sind Enzymimmunoassays auf einer Nitrozellulosemembran (dem Immunoblot). Gereinigte Molek\u00fcle, beispielsweise Pathogenantigene oder einzelne Allergene, werden je nach angebotenem Produkt in separaten Linien immobilisiert. Wenn die Antik\u00f6rper, die f\u00fcr die immobilisierten Targets spezifisch sind, in der Probe vorhanden sind, binden sie an das Molek\u00fcl auf der Membran. Sie werden anschlie\u00dfend nach dem Biotin-Streptavidin-Wechselwirkungsprinzip nachgewiesen.
