Therapeutisches Medikamentenmonitoring von Adalimumab hat sich als n\u00fctzlich erwiesen, um die Behandlungsergebnisse zu verbessern.<\/strong><!--more-->[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8220;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1555075085701{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8220;]In einer Posterpr\u00e4sentation auf der ECCO 2019 berichteten wir \u00fcber eine Studie zur Bewertung der Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit eines Schnelltests f\u00fcr das Adalimumab-Monitoring im Vergleich zu einem konventionellen ELISA im Routinelabor. Im Rahmen dieser Studie wurden Patientenproben sowohl mit dem Schnelltest <a href=\"https:\/\/devclinical.r-biopharm.com\/de\/produkte\/ridaquick-adm-monitoring\/\">RIDA\u00aeQUICK ADM Monitoring<\/a> als auch mit dem konventionellen Test apDia Adalimumab ELISA (auch vertrieben als <a href=\"https:\/\/devclinical.r-biopharm.com\/de\/produkte\/ridascreen-adm-monitoring-2\/\">RIDASCREEN\u00ae ADM Monitoring<\/a>) analysiert. Dabei konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass der Schnelltest sehr gut mit dem ELISA korreliert, dabei aber signifikant weniger Turn-around-Zeit ben\u00f6tigt. Mit nur 20 Minuten bis zum Ergebnis bietet der Schnelltest entscheidende Vorteile f\u00fcr die t\u00e4gliche klinische Routine und erm\u00f6glicht eine zeitnahe Anpassung der Adalimumab-Dosis.
