De lateral flow tests zijn een snelle en gemakkelijke oplossing voor de kwalitatieve detectie van toxines en van virale en bacteri\u00eble antigenen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De RIDA\u00aeQUICK lateral flow tests worden in twee formats aangeboden:[\/vc_column_text][mk_custom_list style=&#8221;mk-moon-circle-small&#8221;]\n<ul>\n<li>Dipstick: de gebruiker steekt de teststrip in de heldere vloeistof boven het bezinksel van het monster<\/li>\n<li>Cassettes: monsters worden in de monsterwell van de testcassette aangebracht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/mk_custom_list][vc_column_text]De RIDA\u00aeQUICK testen zijn een-staps, immunochromatografische lateral flow tests met antigeenspecifieke antilichamen die aan verschillend gekleurde latexdeeltjes zijn gecoat. Andere specifieke antilichamen tegen het pathogeen zijn stevig aan de membraan gebonden. Als alternatief wordt gebruikgemaakt van gebiotinyleerde en goudgelabelde antilichamen, achtereenvolgens gebonden aan biotine.<\/p>\n<p>RIDA\u00aeQUICK producten zijn hoofdzakelijk bedoeld voor de analyse van fecesmonsters.
